Parent Question Submission
Parents can upload their questions by taking a picture or uploading an image of the homework or exam sections they find confusing and submitting it through the app.
Teacher question-solving
After the question is uploaded, a teacher takes on the task and engages in a one-on-one chat to directly solve the query. This ensures personalized attention and detailed explanations tailored to the specific needs of the student or parent. Once the question has been adequately addressed, the teacher can apply to end the chat.
Whiteboard Solution Recording
Teachers can use the integrated whiteboard feature to record their problem-solving process as they address the question. This visual demonstration not only helps clarify the explanation for the student or parent but also allows the recording to be reviewed later for further learning or clarification.
Parent Feedback and Closure
Once the question has been addressed, parents have the option to close the inquiry and provide feedback on the teacher’s problem-solving approach. This feedback can include their satisfaction with the explanation, clarity, and effectiveness of the solution, helping to enhance the quality of future interactions and teacher performance.
Back-end
Back-end records all questions asked to maintain a history of inquiries and responses for future reference.
